the hotel is near the duomo, less than a five-minute walk. it is also close to restaurants and shopping areas, a very convenient situation. the hotel's central situation made getting around easy.

the breakfast options included many choices in the spacious dining room. the breakfast had abundant and delicious food choices. i saw fresh fruit and pastries available each morning. a pre-dinner drink in the lounge was offered.

The hotel staff were helpful. They even assisted with securing a taxi. a staff member greeted guests when entering and leaving the hotel. all staff members were polite and kind. i felt they cared.
