the hotel's location was acceptable. it is one metro stop away from the train station and adjacent to a park and a museum.

i encountered a problem with the air conditioning. the reception informed me the hotel was following government instructions to keep it off. i found this disappointing and inconvenient.

The location proved very convenient! It's only a short walk to the metro station, and there is a supermarket conveniently across the street. The breakfast buffet was diverse, and included many fresh options. I found the staff to be attentive. Matilde offered great recommendations upon arrival.

The shower drainage was quite poor. Water accumulated quickly, almost flooding the bathroom. I suspect the exit filter was partially blocked.
