i wasn't too happy with a few things. the television in the room felt really old, and i struggled with the remote. also, the plug in the bathtub was broken and its felt a little bit old for what i paid.

uncontrollable acsingle mattresses
The air conditioning was a significant problem. I could not control the temperature in my room. I repeatedly asked for a warmer room, but staff did not accommodate my requests. This impacted my comfort. the double beds are just two single mattresses pushed together. This is not acceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

central air conditioningpoor shower design
The air conditioning seemed centrally controlled. i could not adjust it from my room! i asked several times for a change, but nothing happened. it made sleeping difficult. the bathroom also lacked a proper shower enclosure. Just a curtain, so water went everywhere.
