The location was very convenient, very well connected with metro, trams, buses and suburban lines. Many restaurants were in the vicinity of the hotel and many sights were within walking distance. Hotel staff were very accommodating and the room was nice. I had a very comfortable double room.
The breakfast service was slow, i waited a long time for replenishment.

the hotel location near the central station was convenient. the breakfast offered a great variety of food. the staff was friendly, they were helpful with directions and taxi bookings. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the room upon arrival.
the shower cabin felt small. the receptionist wasn't very friendly. it was a minor inconvenience, but noticeable.

There was no coffee in the room, SUCH a disappointment. The breakfast options were limited. I had expected more variety. Having to wait to order a coffee was also rather inconvenient.
