a superb stay!

it was easy to find using google maps. ben's welcome was warm! the room was beautiful. it had excellent facilities. fresh milk, juice, and water were in the fridge. there was also a lovely selection of breakfast items. i watched bats and enjoyed the quiet beauty of the english countryside.

i had an early flight. i went to bed early. i woke up to children running and shouting in the next room. this went on until after 11pm. it made it hard to sleep well.

The early morning hours were not good. I was woken up by REALLY loud noises outside my room. This was REALLY annoying, especially because I needed rest.

poor ventilationinsufficient soundproofing

I thought our room was okay but I did notice some issues. The bathroom, though modern, seemed to lack proper ventilation, moisture lingered a long time after showering. I also found that the soundproofing between rooms was not sufficient. We could hear conversations and movements from the adjacent room quite clearly, which bothered me.

i had an early flight, so i went to bed early. i was woken by children in the next room running and shouting until late. the owner could consider separating families from couples to avoid this (a thought ).
