Comfortable Stay Near the Airport

free parking friendly staff spacious room working air conditioning

I arrived early and was pleased I could park my car while my room was prepared. The staff offered me complimentary coffee, I felt welcome. My King Room on the top floor was spacious and very clean. The air conditioning worked well, and I slept soundly on the comfy pillows with a nice duvet.

The vending machine was free, carrying the tea upstairs was a challenge.

The price was great for a stopover near the airport. The room was clean and provided everything I needed. I found the location ideal as I needed to be close to Heathrow.

The desk was small. The desk chair was very low was great. The toilet door handle was falling off.

The check-in process presented issues. I waited over 30 minutes to access reception. The staff did not resolve parking as promised (despite assurances), and I later received a parking fine. Attempts to discuss this matter with the hotel have been ignored (messages read but no response).
