the location was good with an easy walk into the main town, so i guess it was acceptable..
I stayed in a first-floor room, and the wifi was non-existent during my entire stay, how lovely. the staff said they would look into it, but obviously, nothing happened. also, i informed the hotel four days before arrival that i might arrive the following morning and sent the same message again the day before, yet i was still charged a 10 euro no-show fee upon checkout. That seemed a bit much since i gave them plenty of notice.

the hotel's proximity to the metro station was very convenient it made getting around the city simple the room was also well maintained with daily cleaning services ensuring a tidy space.
i found the breakfast selection somewhat limited the hot items were not replenished quickly enough the spa facilities required an additional fee for hotel guests which i felt was an unexpected cost.
