outdated decorweak air conditioning
i found the room to be quite disappointing. the decor felt tired and outdated. plus, the air conditioning barely worked, hard to sleep comfortably. it's a shame because i was expecting much better for the price i payed.

I found the location very convenient. It was close to major attractions. The complimentary breakfast was very helpful for starting my days (especially the fresh pastries). I also appreciated the rooftop bar. It was a relaxing spot after exploring the city.

the location was near the duomo and a metro station. my room included a hallway and walk-in wardrobe that separated the bedroom and bathroom (it had a bath and a shower).

The hotel's location is superb, very close to the Duomo and major shopping areas. It was very easy to reach the hotel from the airport using a few metro stops and a short walk. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, offering quick assistance with directions. The rooftop bar had nice views!
