the underground train access was very easy i could reach the hotel quickly. staff at the breakfast restaurant provided cute atmosphere and kind service. the room was very comfy and tidy. i was upgraded without asking and this allowed me to conduct my business meetings in the room.
i found that the absence of a tissue box in the room was slightly inconvenient i had to use toilet paper instead sometimes.

the hotel has very easy access to the metro system the sondrio metro stop is nearby allowing easy exploration. the location is near milano centrale train station offering a short walk for transportation needs. several restaurants are also close by.

The front desk staff were very efficient. i received a welcome fruit platter as a pleasant surprise. the hotel is located directly above the sondrio metro station. It made travel simple. the central train station is also just a short walk away, maybe ten minutes.
the bathroom basin wasn't completely clean upon arrival.

inconsistent experience
unclean bathroomnoisy street
The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned upon my arrival. i had to clean the basin myself before i could use it, not a good start. furthermore, the air conditioning wasn't working properly. The room was too hot and stuffy. opening the window for some air led to a very noisy night because of the busy street below.

The location is ideal with the metro station only a minute away. Milan Central station is also just five minutes away. It provides easy access to the airport train and day trips. The rooms were very clean.
The hotel charged my credit card twice. There seemed to be trouble resolving this situation.
