bright room rooftop terrace large penthouse
this hotel has really bright rooms. the rooftop terrace features fantastic views. i was upgraded to an large penthouse. it had a rooftop overlooking the entire city.

My room was spacious and well-lit. I found a nice espresso machine in the room, and the wifi worked well. The hotel provided a parkeerplaats for me in front of the door after I asked. I appreciated this convenience.
The receptionist said she had forgotten about me when I enquired about the room after 2pm. I felt this service was lacking. The tram outside made a lot OF noise late at night and early in the morning.

The breakfast selection included many options, and the meals tasted delicious. I ate in the garden, and it provided a pleasant experience. The staff was attentive to guests in this area.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the customer service i received was excellent. the room i had was spacious and the bathroom was quite big. i especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony .

wonderful room with excellent service
premium room dedicated service
i was upgraded to a premium double room, charming. the staff was very helpful. i especially appreciated the dedicated service i received and that the hotel is in the heart of the city.
i had to call the front desk three times to fix the air conditioning, they advised me each time to turn it off and wait. this did not solve the problem (especially at that price point).
