accessible public transportlack of transparencymould on ceiling
the public transport was very accessible, with tram 27 stopping close by.
the minibar's charges were not communicated, causing surprise at checkout, this lack of transparency is unacceptable. also, the room i was assigned had a dripping air conditioner and mould on the bathroom ceiling. the music played outside was poor, and the lobby bar was consistently unattended.

the location was great for accessing the city. the super nice team and friendly (alice from guest relations really stood out). i saw rabbits hopping about in the lush urban garden. the food was reasonably priced and of great quality.
it was slightly confusing to figure out where to collect the shuttle bus from the airport.

the hotel is easily accessible from the airport and rogoredo station. a tram stop is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk, line 27 takes you directly to the duomo. this connection simplifies trips into the city center.

the hotel provides a pool and a splash park (i wish i had brought my kids). there is free luggage storage available on the day of checkout. the checkout time is at 12:00 p.m., which is convenient.

I stayed in a ground-floor room with convenient access to the garden. The breakfast buffet offered many choices, including gluten-free options. The tram stop nearby made city center access easy. A shuttle service to the airport also saved time.

the hotel is a bit isolated, it lacks restaurants nearby. the wifi was not working.
