i am a seasoned traveler and found this suite very comfortable. Its location is perfect with a short walk to the duomo. I found a supermarket just across the street, very convenient. The room was spacious and stylish, i think it's good value for money.

the windows in my room could not be opened, so there was no fresh air.

the hotel offers a great location, about ten minutes walk to duomo. Missori metro stop is very close to the building. It allows easy transfer with luggage and quick access to other parts of the city.

the staff offers good suggestions for local dinner. They arranged a private car to the airport very early. Check-in was easy because they have a central meeting location, near the rental.

The room had all the necessities. Coffee, tea, a fridge, a safe, shampoo, and shower gel. The bathroom felt spacious and included a nice rainforest shower head. I found the mattresses and pillows to be very cozy.

the location was fairly convenient to many things. it was close to a supermarket and a café.

The weather was warm . air conditioning would have was good, but it wasn't cool at all. It was more of a fan. the hairdryer tripped and quit after about 30 seconds!!! also, the in-room safe didn't work. it would lock, but entering the code would not open it.

The building felt okay all time. The Duomo is an easy walk away, as is the Metro. I could drop off my bags early. This was helpful. The staff was really friendly and always ready with a smile.

One thing I didn't like, there wasn't a refrigerator in my room. I found this inconvenient.

The location was convenient. It was close to many attractions. the room was clean, and the bathroom had a generous shower. it really helped after a long day. i stayed for 3 nights. i also appreciated the easy access to the metro.

the pillows were quite flat, i wished for more support . the staff added sensors in the room to shut off the power after an hour even if i was in there, that was not pleasant. i had to move around in front of the sensors to keep the power on. this made charging devices overnight difficult.
