The location was convenient to public transport. The staff ordered a taxi to the station early one morning. This helped me catch my shuttle bus to the airport. The breakfast had fresh options.

The air conditioning unit did not work properly in my room. The fan was weak and only heated the space. The room was hot upon arrival.

The location worked well for me. i could easily walk to santa maria della grazie. finding a tram stop nearby helped too. several restaurants were within a short walk. It was quite nice! nearby parking really made me happy. the check-in was smooth, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful.

I faced some disappointment with breakfast. The options seemed limited. the bread tasted very processed! not a big deal though.

The staff offered fruit for our early checkout instead of breakfast it was a good solution.

The air conditioning switched off automatically after three hours I had to get out of bed to switch it on again and this happened more than once .
