wonderful stay!

accommodating staff birthday present

kenny was very accommodating. he couldn't do enough for us! the staff carried our suitcase to our room. the staff also got my daughter a birthday present.

the shower had low flow.

The owners were indeed lovely. They couldn't do enough to assist me. The bed was comfy, and I found a fridge in my room, helpful.

The room was small. the shower had low water flow, difficult to rinse properly. I only had access to one BBC channel and a talk radio station on the TV.

great hospitality clean room advantageous location thoughtful gift

the owners showed great hospitality throughout my visit. the room was very clean and well-kept. the location proved advantageous as it was close to multiple shops, bars, and restaurants. i was also greeted with a thoughtful gift bag filled with tissues, wipes, and biscuits upon arrival.

Awesome Stay Near the Tower!

amazing service big room polite staff

Kenny, Simon, and the lovely lady provided amazing service. They carried our bags up to the room. They were very polite and cute throughout our entire stay. I will definitely return on my next visit. I loved the big size room with shower.

The TV only had one channel available.
