Awesome Family Room Experience!

clean room comfortable beds perfect location

Our family of seven fit perfectly into the family room. It was superb. The room was clean. I found the beds comfortable and enjoyed the best night's sleep. Check-in and check-out were both straightforward. The location proved perfect!

I noticed some noise late at night. The noise was disturbing. I didn't like the noise at all. I would have appreciated a quieter environment for a better night's sleep.

The staff was really polite and cute. This made our arrival smooth and easy. They helped with information about local attractions, offering maps and directions. The responsiveness was definitely appreciated.

Free Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel, allowing easy internet access. A ceiling fan helped keep the room cool, ensuring comfort! Tea and coffee facilities in the room were very convenient. It was great!

The bathroom was large and clean. There were also plenty of clean towels available. A wardrobe with hangers was provided and very useful. The TV had all channels. It was really amazing!

clean room comfy beds working wifi coffee facilities

the room was really clean when i arrived and the beds were super comfy (i slept like a log!). the tv and wifi worked perfectly, ensuring i could relax after a long day. tea and coffee facilities were provided too, perfect for a quick morning boost.

the cups and saucers in my room seemed a bit dated, but it didn't really impact my experience.

convenient gel fantastic location stained saucers punch hole

the location was fantastic. the staff provided shampoo and shower gel, which i found quite convenient.

The cups and saucers looked stained. I avoided using them. the bathroom door showed a punch hole. This was concerning.

amazing location lovely staff members

The host was nice. He could not do more for you even if he tried. i appreciated the amazing location near many parking options. the staff members were lovely. My coach was leaving late, and they allowed me to check out late.

the room felt outdated the cups and saucers had stains i chose not to use them a deposit of £50 felt excessive especially since checkout involved just leaving the key on a shelf i took photos of the room hoping it helps get the deposit back quickly

The room was clean. Beds were super comfy and clean. The TV and WiFi worked fine. Shampoo and shower gel were provided. There were also tea and coffee facilities.

There was no window in the bathroom, it got hot and humid.

stained cups dated room

The room was pretty dated. cups and saucers were stained. I didn't even use them. the mattress protector seemed put on upside down with stains. there was a bleach mark on the sheet that was on the double bed.
