loved my stay!

this hotel is awesome. the staff were really great and always ready to help with any questions i had. my room had a useful fridge and slippers. breakfast had lots of choice including a cool juicing machine, though it lacked hot food options, it still satisfied me. the location felt safe and i loved the easy access to city sites.
The air conditioning didn't go below 21 degrees. it was not ideal during warmer days. The heat was not great!

the room included fresh bath towels daily and a very quiet atmosphere. cleanliness was really good, with daily cleaning services. the bathroom was a good size!

breakfast provided bologna, prosciutto, cheeses, croissants, and italian bread. a coffee machine was available anytime, providing cappuccinos. luggage storage was available, and staff assisted without question!

the staff was very informative, offering restaurant recommendations and directions. i found the team to be helpful. they assisted with taxi bookings as well as additional services!

The breakfast offered many choices and i found the staff very kind. my room was ready early. I could check in an hour early, nice after a long journey.
The furnishing seemed a little old fashioned.

the location was convenient. it was near buenos aires street. porta venezia and lima metro stations were close. central station was also within easy reach.
the breakfast area felt too small. it struggled to accommodate all guests at once. waiting was sometimes necessary. the variety was limited.

The superior double room was spacious! it featured a very clean design, i liked that. breakfast included tasty cheesecake and tiramisu. the staff was helpful and friendly. they seemed interested in my plans, nice. the location is great. It is close to trains and the metro.
