fantastic stay near the central station
central location warm welcome clean room
I was so happy with the central location, it was just a short walk from the train station! the staff were super cute. The receptionist actually gave me an upgrade to a room. the room itself was very clean and the bed was comfy. it reminded me of a real treat!
The lift was quite small. It was a tight squeeze with my luggage

the staff at the front desk were friendly, offering a warm welcome and efficient service. i received immediate assistance with directions and local recommendations and the concierge was always available to help with luggage and transportation arrangements. it was a great experience!

my double room had a very comfortable bed, fresh linens, and effective air conditioning! the bathroom included complimentary toiletries and a powerful shower. i found the room to be very well kept and it included daily housekeeping service.

the hotel enjoys a fantastic location near the central station. this provided quick access to public transport for reaching attractions! several restaurants and shops are within a short walking distance, very convenient.

the breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of pastries, fruits, and cereals. i was able to get coffee and juice that was always available. the dining area was bright and clean and the staff were efficient in clearing tables.

acceptable stay, some minor issues

the location is decent because it is close to both the train station and the subway. the staff was very professional. staff were polite and helpful . the room was very clean.
the room was smallish. but it was comfortable. there was noise from 6:30am with hammering. drilling and grinding rattled the building.

the staff was helpful answering our questions. they upgraded us to a double room (i really appreciated it). the room was spacious and super clean.
The elevator is very small. It felt a little crammed with luggage.

FANTASTIC stay
great location kind staff comfortable bed good detail
The location was GREAT. I found many restaurants nearby and it was really convenient. The staff was kind. The beds were also very comfortable and I slept very well each night. I found it super easy to find with all the flags, very good detail!
I felt the elevator was a little small and not as efficient as I would have liked.

There were fine restaurants VERY nearby, convenient for grabbing a quick bite. I also noticed a charming cat cafe right next to the hotel. I appreciated the variety of options nearby.

The room had a kettle and a fridge, NICE additions for any traveler. They restocked the water bottles daily, it was very useful. There was both a shower and a bathtub, offering different options for relaxation.

The staff provided discreet but helpful service. I appreciated their attention to detail. They allowed me to leave my luggage after checkout, it was a HUGE help. I would definitely recommend them!

faulty air conditioning inadequate bar facility
the location was acceptable, near the central station.
The air conditioning was not working properly and kept turning off. i was disappointed that there was no proper bar facility. We did not have breakfast any morning, so cannot comment.

stale smoke street noise
The staff were helpful enough, I suppose.
The room reeked of stale smoke. It was overpowering and quite unpleasant! The noise from the street below was relentless. Sleep proved difficult. Even with earplugs it was too loud. I'm not sure what I paid for.
