the rooms were beautiful and the balcony faced a wonderful vertical garden! the staff were helpful. my room was very clean and stylish. the location provided excellent connectivity.

The trams stop just outside. They do make a little noise from early morning until late at night, though i got used to it quickly.

the location is pretty close to almost all the attractions i wanted to see. bus routes and train lines were very accessible. the bathroom was wonderful, and it was so helpful for doing my makeup there.

trams stop right outside. they are noisy and run from 7am until 1am. this hotel needs triple glazed windows because i could hear the tram noise as they decelerated. at the traffic lights by the hotel and then accelerated away

The housekeeping service was very poor! my room overlooked the street and the noise from transportation was continuous. the hotel's location was too far from the duomo area. It took quite a while to walk there. i expected better for the price.
