The staff were helpful. They gave restaurant recommendations and assisted with my departure preparations. The room was surprisingly spacious, nicely lit, very clean, and quiet. The bed was quite comfortable.
Sound insulation in the room could be better, as noises from adjacent rooms were audible.

this location provide a great vibe when you arrive. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. my room feature a great layout and a retro style i find good. the bed offer extreme comfort.
the air conditioning was weak. this cause some discomfort during a warm night. i hope they address this before the next heat wave.

The hotel's design had a very cool ambiance. The staff were super friendly and helpful with tips for getting around. It was located in a quiet area, yet it was close to the Duomo. I made sure to include their breakfast. It was good and reasonably priced.
Cleanliness could improve. I noticed water stains in the bathroom. The shower was rather small for me. the room's sound insulation was not great. I heard noises from adjacent rooms. Conversations echoed easily.
