the location is great, near the canals and many dining spots. the tram stop outside made it easy to reach the duomo. i appreciated the delicious breakfast with various options. i was also able to leave my luggage after checkout, a kind gesture.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. They readily assisted with my luggage upon arrival, which I appreciated. The breakfast offered a nice array of sweets, fresh fruit, yogurt, and bread. It provided a good start to each day.

The street noise was noticeable . The hotel is situated on a busy road, so the sounds of passing traffic were quite audible at night.

The hotel's location near the Navigli district proved convenient. I found the staff consistently helpful with directions and local tips. The room had blackout curtains and that greatly helped with sleep. it was a good experience.

The air conditioning made some unusual noises sometimes.
