the location was very convenient, especially with the metro line so close. i found the staff friendly and approachable (they helped me with directions). the cleanliness of the rooms was decent, with fresh towels provided regularly. i also appreciated the available private parking.
the noise from the nearby railway was noticeable and at times disruptive, particularly during the night.

I found a very quiet and private space. there was free on-site parking, a significant advantage. the room felt huge, with a convenient kitchenette. the location is near both the metro and streetcar lines. It made getting around quite easy.
I noticed the room felt very basic. two beds pushed together formed a larger bed. This kept separating . there was no tea towel available in the room to dry dishes.

the customer service offered vital information, which i appreciated. there is a 24/7 desk that provides easy check-in anytime. staff members are available to assist at any hour, which adds a sense of security.

I definitely appreciated the free parking, it made arrival easy! the staff were so friendly, especially at check-in. my room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with a full-size kitchen. It even included a washing machine! the location has good metro links , made getting around very easy.
the air conditioning wasn't working so great, but a fan helped.

The apartment was nice and big. Lots of space was provided to keep your stuff.
The bathroom was a bit old. It was not very clean and the bidet was clogged. there was also no place to hang the towels and no trash bin in the room, i felt very uncomfortable. the absence of these basic amenities. It was frustrating.

i found a washing machine and a full kitchen with cleaning equipment in the studio , which was handy. the bathroom was also quite big. the desk operated 24 hours , a real plus.
the street felt a bit poorly lit , , made me slightly uneasy walking alone at night.
