convenient location nearby store double sink
the location was convenient, with easy access to the city center. there were nearby grocery stores and restaurants, which i found very helpful. the bathroom included two sinks, a great bonus in the double room.

Charming Stay Close to Transport
fresh cappuccino friendly staff excellent selection
The breakfast was really good with fresh cappuccino made to order and freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff members were friendly helpful and accessible. I appreciated the excellent breakfast selection and the beautiful well-decorated breakfast room.
The air conditioning did not work properly though I was informed of maintenance issues on arrival.

The hotel is near bus tram and train lines providing good transport links. A supermarket and pharmacy are nearby adding convenience. The Duomo is accessible by a walk of approximately 25 minutes.

Staff like Mody and Alberto were particularly helpful. Other staff members were also fantastic. The staff provided pleasant and helpful service in the breakfast room.

helpful concierge fresh parma attentive staff welcome feeling
giorgio at the front desk provided great help planning our trip. breakfast featured fresh parma ham , a really nice touch. the staff was attentive , so i felt very welcome. i would consider staying there again for another visit.

the single room offered functional space with basic amenities for one person. there was a small desk and a wardrobe for storage. the bed had clean linen , and the window offered a view of the street.

friendly staff great breakfast variety convenient location
The staff was very friendly and helpful during my entire stay. Breakfast offered great variety. I especially liked the scrambled eggs (very fluffy!). The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to public transport.
The room was a little dated.

My triple room included comfortable beds and ample space for luggage storage. Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably with fresh towels and linens provided daily. The room also had a well-stocked mini-bar and a tv.

A buffet breakfast was served daily with many hot and cold choices available. The restaurant decoration was inviting. It created a warm, cozy atmosphere. The breakfast included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes.
