The room lacked proper air conditioning. The thermostat didn't work. Maintenance was informed, yet the issue remained unresolved throughout my stay. This made the room uncomfortably warm, hindering sleep. housekeeping didn't service the room. No fresh towels or toiletries were provided.

Excellent Airport Proximity

The hotel offers a bus service right outside its doors to the airport. I also found it easy to reach the city center from the nearby train station. The location is convenient for travel. The spacious bedroom was lush, with complimentary water and a chocolate bar.
The rate was very expensive. I did not find a desk and table for working in the room. This made it difficult to handle some urgent work tasks.

The staff informed us the terminals were only a 10-minute walk away. I was glad we didn't believe that false information. The advertisement said there was a 'shuttle' to the terminals. It was NOT a shuttle. It was just a public bus and very crowded. Many people had to wait for the next bus. The restaurant service was a joke.

The hotel offered a convenient bus service to terminals. The room was very clean. The shower was hot. The hotel offer many options for the breakfast buffet and I enjoy it. The staff was friendly and efficient, this.
The water pressure was a bit low in my room, I must admit.

The bus stop is just next door, made airport access REALLY easy. Check-in was quick, and my room was ready. The room was clean and maintained well. The staff were polite and assisted with directions.
The air conditioning did not work effectively in my room . It resulted in a slightly uncomfortable sleeping environment. I hope they can improve it SOON.

the hotel's proximity to the airport was so convenient. taxis were readily available. i found the breakfast selection to be of very high quality. there were also restaurants for lunch and dinner. water was available at the reception. a sofa bed was perfect for my family.
the lack of an airport shuttle service was slightly inconvenient, though public transport is available. it's frequent, but costs €2 per person.
