Dining at Anderson
The Black Bar & Restaurant provides haute cuisine and design, using ingredients from local suppliers and following Slow Food ideals through an exclusive partnership with Eataly. Chef Angelo De Biase prepares local and international dishes. The Black Restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine inspired by northern and southern Italy, including cured meats from Parma and cheese boards. The Black Bar offers cocktails and wines by the glass, along with platters of Emilian cured meats and cheeses from the Alta Langa, and international recipes like club sandwiches and Caesar salad. Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and Saturday, Sunday, and holidays from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Lunch is available daily from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
