The Black Bar & Restaurant provides haute cuisine and design, using ingredients from local suppliers and following Slow Food ideals through an exclusive partnership with Eataly. Chef Angelo De Biase prepares local and international dishes. The Black Restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine inspired by northern and southern Italy, including cured meats from Parma and cheese boards. The Black Bar offers cocktails and wines by the glass, along with platters of Emilian cured meats and cheeses from the Alta Langa, and international recipes like club sandwiches and Caesar salad. Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and Saturday, Sunday, and holidays from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Lunch is available daily from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

The room was clean and quite large, perfect after long travel days. breakfast had many options. i left my luggage after checkout without problems. It really helped (saved me a lot of trouble).
the gym was a little disappointing, the equipment looked old.

I really like location, it was convenient. The room was very clean and large. I found friendly professional reception when I walk into the place. I could leave luggage before check in and the bags go to rooms.
The hotel service are bad. The receptionist aren't cute due to a lack of cooperation. I ask him to fix the room air conditioner because the room was very hot since the first day. He replies that this is the hotel policy.

The rooms include nice extras I did not always find. There is tea and coffee plus some sky TV channels. Rooms are spacious and immaculate, with comfortable beds and near blackout curtains. The shower provide good pressure with hot water.

i found the location very convenient. it is directly opposite the central railway station. the hotel also offers easy access to the metro. i found this very helpful for getting around the city.
the corridors felt quite warm. i think there was no air conditioning in the corridors. this made walking to and from the room a bit uncomfortable.

I found the reception staff super helpful with directions! the door staff assisted with my luggage immediately. the breakfast included quite a variety of food. I ate plenty! the location was convenient for early morning trains.
i noticed a small stain on the lampshade in the bedroom, which i hope gets cleaned soon.
