The hotel is in an excellent location. It is very close to the duomo. the staff was friendly and helpful. i would especially like to thank luigi at the reception for being so efficient. He was very helpful.
It barely fit two people. there were also issues with street noise.

The hotel is a five-minute walk from the duomo. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. you can purchase a tour for 25 euros and see the city from here, which i thought was a good value. the hotel is completely renovated.

My room was spacious and modern. It also featured good air conditioning which i appreciated during the summer months. the bathroom was impeccably clean, modern, and had a shower, a bidet, and different toiletries. i was very happy with these aspects.

the breakfast was decent and had a variety of options. i found the breakfast room a bit small, though the food was adequate. the breakfast service was very efficient, and i did not encounter any issues.

the hotel had a pretty good location.
My room felt quite cramped. It was difficult to move around. the breakfast selection was not excellent and didn't match my expectations for the price i paid. the staff were not consistently friendly. Some seemed indifferent or less cute.

i found a very clean and tidy hotel. the staff provides helpful service. its location offers proximity to the city centre and many fine restaurants. i appreciated the convenient access to local attractions.
the street noise at night bothered me a little bit. i often heard noises from the metro line located directly in front of the hotel. it made sleeping difficult because of all the activity.

I found the location convenient. It was easy to access shops and restaurants. The room received daily service, including fresh towels. The breakfast offered a good variety with both continental options and some hot dishes.
The room I stayed in felt small and somewhat cramped. The balcony had a leak. Water dripped inside the room.
