Charming Stay Near the Heart
convenient parkingeasy tripreally good pizzasspacious room
I found parking quite convenient, even with a large car. The tram made trips to the Duomo easy and enjoyable. The front desk recommended a pizzeria with pizzas that were really good. Our rooms felt more like apartments, larger than expected, which worked well for our family.
The minibar prices were not clearly displayed, it was somewhat inconvenient.

The room was large and clean. I appreciated having a comfortable area to relax. A fridge was available in the room which I found useful for keeping drinks cool . It was an added convenience.

the location was acceptable, close to public transport.
the air conditioning did NOT work, a major problem during the hot days. i also noticed that the bathroom was REALLY outdated, the extractor fan did not function properly and the hairdryer looked to be from the early 90s.

The breakfast included many options, like eggs and fresh fruit. The staff was very helpful. They assisted with directions. The room had all essential amenities. The internet connection was fast.
The furniture seemed a little dated.
