superb location and clean, spacious rooms

spacious room water dispenser helpful staff great recommendations

the room was very spacious, an unexpected free upgrade. a water dispenser was available on the fridge, i could fill up water bottles every day. everything was super clean. paola was especially helpful, ready to give recommendations for activities, itineraries, and restaurants.

the scent in the room was very strong and perhaps too much for some guests, though i became used to it quickly

the location is at the heart of the city, above eateries and shops! it is a block from the cathedral and xmas market. it allows easy access to other places of interest by public transportation or walking.

The hotel does not serve breakfast. They gave me vouchers for a great local cafe around the corner. this cafe has the best croissants i've ever had! also, the hotel is above many eateries and close to good restaurants.

the reception was excellent and very hospitable. the staff was very attentive and courteous. the manager was very friendly and helpful. he gave me coupons for free coffee and croissants at a nearby coffee shop.

great location friendly staff room upgrade limited light external noise weak air conditioning

the location was excellent. it was close to everything i wanted to see. the staff were also very friendly and always available to assist with any questions. i was upgraded to a duplex studio.

The room faced the inner galleria, so natural light was limited. i could not open the windows due to noise. the air conditioning was not effective. It was a very hot day.
