The location was AMAZING close to the Duomo and the metro station. The breakfast had a GREAT variety of options for a 3-star hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful , so WONDERFUL. They gave great recommendations.

The hotel is REALLY in the city center, close to public transport. You can easily reach museums and monuments. It is also very close to the Duomo itself and I walked everywhere!

The staff were helpful and provided information. The check-in was quick. They also stored my luggage after check-out. The front desk staff were VERY responsive when needed, appreciated.

the location was acceptable near the duomo.
the room was smaller than expected. the noise from the street trams was disruptive even with the windows closed, impacting sleep quality. the condition of the room was old and somewhat worn.
