The staff was always available and ready to assist with any requests. The hotel room was quite large with high ceilings. Beds were comfy too. The location was very good in a quite neighborhood.

The room was very comfy and tidy. i liked that the staff was really helpful. the hotel is close to the city centre. I found this location to be quite convenient.
the room was very small with only one chair. not really much space was available for two persons to move around. the closet was small for two guests. the breakfast was ok, nothing special stood out.

This hotel is always my top choice. The staff were professional. My room was impeccably clean. The in-house parking was convenient. The breakfast buffet staff always ensured a good start to the day.
The sound proofing was not effective. I could hear everything from the corridors to the traffic and trams on the road. It affected sleep quality. Additional attention could resolve this issue.

the room felt spacious and clean. beds were comfortable enough. bathroom facilities were a plus, and towels were beautifully white and soft.
the room felt small. there was only one chair in it. space for two people to move around were limited. breakfast was only ok and not really special.
