the staff at the pub was very friendly. the pizza was amazing and quite a treat. the location is near the dlr, and that allows for easy connections with public transport..
the carpets were outdated. i saw stains and what looked like burn marks. the light fixture in the brunel room was partially hanging off, with one bulb always on.

the check in at the bar was easy enough. the lady at check in was very lovely and gave all the info i needed. the room was a decent size, it had the facilities i needed. the sink in the room helped when brushing my teeth before bed.
the shared bathroom did not have a hair dryer provided.

The bed, in my opinion, was really comfortable. I could easily log into my streaming service. I found the bus service to Canary Wharf tube really excellent, stopping just seconds from the door. It certainly. I also found plenty of toiletries available in the shared bathroom, VERY convenient.

My room contained a kettle and fridge. These amenities were appreciated. I found the room offered ample space to move about. The bed was a good size too. I found it comfortable.

The location is close to Canary Wharf, certainly useful. The staff downstairs in the pub are AMAZING!!! Access in and out of the place is easy. I considered this hotel good value.

the room had all the facilities i needed. the sink in the room was helpful for brushing teeth before bed! the shared bathroom is all you need for a night's stay, i think. great wi-fi, apply, twice.
The carpets are quite dirty and also there were two pest control boxes in the room. Made me concerned! but that's ok.

Surprisingly Adequate stay
swift busadmirable sizefriendly staffgreat atmosphere
i found the location convenient for access to the O2 arena, a swift bus ride makes transport easy. The bed was of an admirable size, i also found plenty of room to move about in the room. I found the staff very friendly, that improved my stay. The pub downstairs created a great and inviting atmosphere.
The carpet in my room had several stains, the outdated look was certainly apparent. I noticed the carpet had what seemed to be some old burn marks. There were some rodenticide traps in each corner of the room.

The pub on the premises creates a SOCIAL atmosphere. Drinks and meals are available. There are bus stops located just outside, i also found docklands rail very close. Easy access to transportation options makes navigation easy.
