The facilities were very good. the location provided easy access to nearby attractions! the hotel staff were all cute. They were also consistently friendly and helpful. i found the breakfast hot and plentiful, i enjoyed it a lot.
The pool floor felt gritty at the shallow end. This was a minor inconvenience!

Our standard double room included a king-sized bed and a seating area. it had a tv with multiple channels. the room also featured blackout curtains. They ensured a dark and restful sleep.

the room lacked proper MAINTAINANCE. the bathroom SHOWER had black mould. prices for main meals were EXCESSIVE at £20 per dish, and this seemed UNREASONABLE considering the QUALITY.

The location is very convenient for accessing nearby beaches. I found the swimming pool quite nice. The gym seemed fair with sufficient equipment for a basic workout. I appreciated the lounges available for relaxation.
The bathroom products seemed slightly watered down.

Leah at reception deserves high praise. She and the team handled all requests efficiently and cheerfully. Their politeness stood out. The entire hotel maintained this level of professionalism. I also enjoyed the excellent food and drinks. I was in room 61. It was large and beautifully presented.
I noticed some watered-down products in the bathroom, a very minor issue.

The location was good. It was close to everything I needed, including the beach and restaurants. The buffet breakfast included a great choice. Dairy-free milk was available, which I appreciated.
My bathroom was tiny. The toilet was a tight fit between the wall and the bath. The air conditioning unit made a loud whirring noise several times. I would not return, despite switching it off.
