loved my stay, especially the awesome room!

polite staff room upgrade amazing pool

The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. i even got a room upgrade. What a treat! the pool area looked amazing. it was a real plus after a long day.

the hotel's location felt a bit out of the way. i had to rely on taxis in the evenings because it seemed less safe for walking alone, costing me around 20 euros each time

The breakfast offered a standard selection. The barista made coffee, and that was a plus. The hotel restaurant provided good food, and i appreciated its service. The staff were friendly.

The hotel surroundings seemed dystopian with derelict buildings. I would not walk alone there to get public transport. The flashing smoke alarms were bright in every bedroom, SO annoying.

My room was spacious. It had a very comfortable, large bed. the reception staff proved helpful. andreia, the guest relations manager, helped arrange a birthday surprise in the room and also an early check-in. transport was easy. The tram is a short walk away.

The air conditioning was centrally controlled. I couldn't adjust it in my room, a bit warm though everything else was great.

The rooms feature modern designs and offer comfort. the staff was helpful when i needed assistance. i found the value for the cost to be appropriate. It was a worthwhile experience. free parking was available, a convenience i highly valued.

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center. A taxi is needed.

helpful staff spacious room clean room air conditioning hot offering shuttle service

the staff was very kind and helpful. the room was spacious and clean. i especially thank antonio at the bar.

the hotel centrally turned off the air conditioning so i could not use it. the hot breakfast offerings were tepid at best. one receptionist was quite ignorant when i asked about the advertised shuttle bus.

The room was big. It was also clean. The staff at reception were very friendly and very helpful. Andreia, the guest relation manager, was also helpful before my stay as I talked to her about arranging an early check in.

The location is not good. It takes too long to get to the inner city by foot. The area where this building is located is very desolate. The breakfast tastes unappealing.
