leaking air conditioning unstable bedding

The location was acceptable, right in the city center.

My room was quite disappointing. The air conditioning LEAKED all night, a frustrating experience. I had to switch it off, resulting in a very hot, uncomfortable night and difficulty sleeping. The bedding was also unstable.

I found the staff helpful with directions. They provided maps upon request. The daily cleaning service kept the room tidy. A small refrigerator existed in the room.

I noticed very slight street noise at night, it did not bother me.

EXCELLENT Location!

amazing location spacious room helpful staff

I found the location AMAZING! It is a short walk to the Duomo. The room was spacious, and it included a mini fridge. The staff also allowed me to leave my luggage after checkout. THAT was helpful.

The lack of an elevator was challenging since my room was on the second floor. It would be helpful to have assistance with luggage, especially for elderly guests like myself.

The room had air conditioning, a TV, and plenty of storage space. I appreciated that. The bathroom was particularly large. It was very well-kept. I found the bed quite comfortable for a good night's sleep.

There is no lift at the hotel. I was able to store my luggage safely after checking out. It was very convenient. The hotel does NOT serve breakfast, but there are many restaurants nearby.

The receptionists, Andrea and Mari, were VERY kind and available when needed. They gave me all the directions I asked for. They allowed me to check in an hour early. They also allowed me to leave my bags at the hotel.

CENTRAL location, AMAZING experience!

main attractions many restaurants great price high value

The location IS amazing. It is near the main attractions and lots of restaurants. The staff spoke my language! I knew the facilities were MINIMAL but the price was GREAT. I found it a high value for the cost, i recommended it.

The shower drain WAS a little blocked. I told the cleaner and they mopped. BUT they did not fix it or change my towels. SO i got new towels by myself.

The receptionist was VERY accommodating. The staff IS friendly and helpful. They cleaned the room EVERY day and changed towels. I really ENJOYED the helpful attitude of everyone working there.

The hotel is NEAR the Duomo, SO it is easy to find. Restaurants and public transport are five minutes away. THE neighborhood is quiet! I was happy to discover this.
