The location was amazing, offering convenient access to many attractions. my room , the junior suite, included a useful exercise bike , so i could keep up with my fitness routine. the breakfast buffet had a great variety. There were fresh juices and fruits. the front desk staff , simona and miriana, were super friendly and always ready to help.

i thought the net curtains could have used a cleaning, but this was a minor issue overall.

the front desk provided amazingly helpful and cute service , ensuring a smooth check in and addressing all requests efficiently. housekeepers maintained a very clean environment , offering daily cleaning services and attending to all details. the staff generally exhibited kindness and a willingness to help with any need.

I really enjoyed the large and super clean bathroom it had. The room was very spacious and featured nice lighting options and a walk-in wardrobe. I appreciated the inclusion of free safe and full-size toiletries (nice touch!). The bed ensured restful nights. It was SUPER comfortable.

The noise insulation wasn't perfect. I occasionally heard sounds from adjacent rooms.

I felt the building was a little hollow. Noise from other rooms seemed to echo very easily.
