adequate facilities and service
polite staff breakfast service pool facilities missing extractor fan bathroom ceiling steam issue
the staff was friendly and polite. i especially appreciated marco during the breakfast service. he showed so much love for his job and trained another staff member with calmness. the pool facilities and sauna were just right, and robes and slippers were provided when i asked.
i was disappointed in some aspects of my room. there was no extractor fan in the bathroom, only a small vent. lots of steam filled the room when i had a hot shower, and it triggered the alarm. the ceiling of the bathroom looked like it might collapse because there were visible cracks.

we got a classic cosy double room and found it very clean. the breakfast had plenty of options (i especially loved the pastries).

fantastic stay!
junior suite comfortable bed friendly staff quick service
I got upgraded to a junior suite and it was amazing! it felt very spacious and comfortable plus complimentary drinks were provided (such a treat!). the staff was friendly and helpful. They stored my bags without hesitation at the start and end of my trip. when i requested extra milk for my room, they got it immediately.
The walls are quite thin. I could clearly hear people passing by in the hallway.

a good overall experience
tired decor pricey parking awful balcony
domingo at reception answered all my questions with friendliness. florina in the spa was cute and did a fantastic job.
the decor appears a little worn. the balcony seemed tired with a need for painting. i found the £10 parking fee pricey, even for overnight guests.
