the mirabelle suite was a dream i must say. edward really took care of every detail for our celebration and he was wonderful. the food was excellent and the party planner was so helpful, i was charmed by him.
the shower had a weak stream on my first night, and it stopped working the next morning.

location is perfect near the sea. the pier, town, and bic were within a nice walk, and that makes the stay even more beautiful. the hotel overlooks the beach, so i find it easy to get around to important places.

the hotel looked very elegant with the christmas theme. the outdoor pool area gave a mediterranean feel, i feel like i'm not in the united kingdom. it was lovely with a cocktail.

breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice i saw. it was served buffet style and all the options are gorgeous. i really enjoyed every meal at the hotel and found it as tender as a mother's care.

the staff were helpful enough, i guess, and the location wasn't terrible.
my room seemed like an afterthought. the tv remote didn't work, annoying. also, the shower screen was fitted so poorly that water went everywhere. the hotel corridors were dingy and felt a bit depressing to walk through.

the reception staff were very helpful. the bar area staff was also very attentive. i found their willingness to assist. the room had a nice balcony providing a pleasant view.
the corridors looked somewhat dated and could benefit from some refurbishment.

The room was clean. The breakfast buffet offered many choices! The outdoor pool had plenty of lounge chairs. I saw staff regularly cleaning the pool area. The Christmas decorations in the hotel lobby looked great. I thoroughly enjoyed the ABBA tribute night with dinner and dancing!
The car park seemed a bit small for a hotel of this size! I noticed that parking could be a bit challenging during peak times.

i had some issues . the noise level was high due to thin walls (i could hear conversations next door). also, the promised in-room safe was missing, and it took two requests to get one delivered. it just added unnecessary stress (i had to wait around for it).

The staff was really good, always smiling and eager to assist. the outdoor pool area was a delight. i found the cleanliness of the room to be perfect, a detail i always greatly appreciate. the breakfast included fresh items.
i thought the corridors seemed a bit dated and could use a refresh.
