acceptable stay with some issues

uncooperative staff missing deposit

i got a free room upgrade thanks to shayan so that was something.

i was charged for alcohol i did not consume that's just great. the staff was uncooperative and made me wait on purpose that was annoying. they wouldn't give my deposit back unless i paid for it. it reminded me of i was pushed into a corner by street thugs

super clean rooms superb bathrooms

the super clean rooms impressed me the bathrooms were superb i found the hotel nicely decorated the distance from the airport was good it was only a twenty minute drive

i noticed a slight feeling of humidity

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

clean room friendly staff easy access

The room was neat. Ms Barbara was super friendly during check-out. An Indian staff member at reception was also very accommodating during check-in. The hotel is clean and spacious. Its location allows easy access to main attractions with a car.

I noticed slight noise from the club at the first level late at night.

Binod provided proactive service. He anticipated needs without waiting for any request. The front desk staff upgraded us to an executive suite. They were very helpful and professional.

The room was very big. It was also very clean. The suite offered ample space and comfortable arrangements. The layout provided good separation of living and sleeping areas.

There were wide variety of dishes. The buffet selection provided many options. The steak I sampled was juicy and succulent. The server Kishen was attentive polite and helpful.

nightclub noise uncomfortable room

The staff at checkin and checkout were courteous. Ashok was very helpful.

The rooftop nightclub caused a very uncomfortable night. Although my room was on the first floor, it was still very noisy all night! I will not come back again. It was difficult to sleep.

excellent stay at the hotel

equipped room smart tv

the hotel is new and very clean. well equipped rooms included a shower and a separate soaking tub. i also appreciated the in-room safe and smart tv. breakfast offered plenty of choices with good quality food.

i was charged for alcohol i had not consumed from the mini bar. the staff was uncooperative and made us delayed. they refused to return our deposit until i paid the charge.

The reception staff were courteous and efficient. housekeeping did a great job. Everything felt pristine! paul, the front desk manager, was very competent and cooperative.

The gym had modern equipment. I used the treadmill. the pool area was clean and well kept. key card technology was up to date. It worked seamlessly.

The location was near the airport, about a short taxi ride away. plenty of restaurants and groceries were within walking distance. it was close enough to many tourist attractions. It was ideal for sightseeing.

Excellent Hotel with Excellent Service

varied seating great food selection perfect calamari delicious sushi

I dined at the Grand Gourmet restaurant and found various seating areas for different group sizes. The food was excellent in its selection and quality. I sampled the calamari, strip loin, tandoori prawn, and butterfly shrimp, and they were all cooked perfectly. The sushi was delicious, especially the maki rolls.

The hotel is very near the airport and the planes taking off and landing can be noisy

The staff is friendly and always checks for your comfort . They provide updated information promptly. Some staff, like Sheraz and Justin, are always ready to assist with any need.

The Event Hall is a perfect venue. It includes a professional team and a wide variety of food. Bikki and the team are very hospitable.

unusual deposit absent directions

The Grand Gourmet Restaurant presented a large space with varied seating. The food tasted lovely. I enjoyed the sushi.

The hotel insisted I pay a deposit upon arrival late at night. This action is not normal. The receptionist failed to provide directions to the lift or the Wi-Fi password. This behavior caused more trips to reception.
