I found the staff very helpful. I received a warm welcome upon arrival. The location is convenient to the subway and other amenities. The facilities were clean and suitable. I also appreciated the availability of tea and coffee.

i loved the friendly staff (enes was very kind and helpful!). the location is so central, so getting around was easy. the room was really spacious and the bed was very comfy. i'm already looking forward to my next trip!

cute staff good breakfast room facilities shower dial broken plaster electrical socket
the staff was cute and always ready to assist! the breakfast was quite good. the room included a fridge, tea kettle, toaster and microwave.
The shower dial for hot and cold was the wrong way. the spotlights in the bathroom looked like they'd been hammered into the ceiling i. e. the plaster around them was broken. there was an open electrical socket by the bed. It looked unsafe.

The staff gave assistance with luggage storage, which i appreciated. our room was clean and suited my needs perfectly. it was quiet despite being near the tube station. I enjoyed that. the building was cozy, just what i needed for my short stay.

the staff members are very helpful and friendly. my room had all i needed, everything was nice and clean. i found an eu plug next to the bed. THAT was useful.
