super enjoyable stay near tower bridge
good breakfast friendly staff great location
i found the breakfast really good with many options to choose. the staff was very friendly and helpful when i needed assistance. the location was great with lots of bars and restaurants nearby to explore. the room had a fully equipped kitchen that was a plus.
the walls had many degradations, not expected for this kind of hotel. the room wasn't really clean with dust, limestone and blight. i saw hair in the sink when i arrived. i hope that the hotel will fix it.

decent stay near tower bridge
excellent location friendly staff varied options poor cleanliness broken lift no bedding change
i totally enjoyed the location. it was super close to everything i needed. the staff was really friendly, professional, and they were always there ready to help me with anything. the breakfast had a lot of options to choose from.
the room cleanliness wasn't the best, i noticed. the lift was broken on two different days, super inconvenient. there was no bedding change during my entire stay. i wish they had been more attentive to these details!

the staff are awesome, specially bianca. she helped us with breakfast recommendations. the hotel's location is great too as it is so close to london bridge station and some lovely restaurants are nearby.

The location was ideal for exploring. i liked having a kitchen. It included a dishwasher and oven. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of high-quality options. during the day, the reception had complimentary fruit and pastries.
the room felt a bit cramped for three adults. there wasn't much space when the sofa bed was open.

The breakfast had so many tasty choices. It made each morning special. i appreciated the friendly greetings from the reception staff. the room was large. it featured a great kitchen and a lounge area.
The corridor to the rooms felt a bit chilly. It was exposed to the outside.
