fantastic check-incomfortable bedfriendly ladysound sleep
jérémie greeted me upon arrival and showed me to my room. he gave me a tour , which i appreciated. the bed was comfortable , and i slept soundly. a friendly lady at reception allowed me extra time for a swim.
i thought the beverage options could be improved , particularly the limited cocktail availability and the small champagne servings.

The hotel staff was super helpful. They even helped me with directions to a local gallery. the room had a minibar stocked with complimentary drinks, such a great touch! the fitness center had updated equipment including three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i really liked the complimentary shoe shining service. It was so convenient.

During my visit, the shuttle service to Montenapoleone proved very convenient. I found this service saved considerable time. The hotel bar also offered a pleasant experience with a wide selection of drinks. The room itself felt spacious and well-kept..
While generally satisfactory, the absence of coffee or tea making facilities in the room seemed unusual. I believe this is a standard expectation for a hotel of this caliber. This omission detracted slightly from the overall experience.
