The hotel location was acceptable, nearby to main attractions.

The room given was not good. It was too dark because it only had a small window, also it was on the fifth floor. The bathtub drain was not working so well, and there was not enough hot water for a shower.

amazing central stay!

i really loved how close i was to everything the cathedral was just a short walk away it was super convenient for seeing the sights i could even see the duomo right from my room's window the location alone makes it worth it. the staff throughout the hotel was top notch so friendly and always ready to help with anything i needed. breakfast was such a treat with plenty of delicious options to start the day.

the beautiful double room felt spacious and immaculate with adequate space to open luggage it included complimentary water and a coffee maker which was such a nice touch.
