I found the location very convenient. the proximity to tourist spots and public transportation was a great advantage. i liked the buffet breakfast. It offered many selections. i appreciated the efficient and friendly service from the staff.
the music from the rooftop bar was audible in my room until late.

My room was small, I did not find it comfortable. The street noise was also a problem. I heard trams all night. The breakfast area was too crowded for such a large hotel.

The breakfast had a vast selection of items. The hotel is close to a central tram line and that IS convenient. Linate airport is easily accessible from the location in just 30 minutes.
The front desk staff seemed annoyed when the fire alarm went off. No explanation was offered after the alarm stopped. I waited in the lobby for about 15-20 minutes with NO ONE telling me it was safe to return to my room. The staff acted cold and unconcerned.
