The location was great for getting around.

The check-in process was not smooth (very annoying) because the front desk seemed unprepared to handle a simple couples reservation. They initially tried to charge extra for my spouse. I found the lack of flexibility and customer service unacceptable. No real effort was made to accommodate our needs.

the location was definitely a plus. i was able to easily walk to the duomo and explore many shops nearby. the room had ample space. the dual sink bathroom was convenient.

the breakfast selection did not impress me given the price. i expected more variety for the cost. the packages provided for early departures felt inadequate, especially compared to other hotels. they charged a lot for a little.

the room i booked had a mix-up during check-in, as the front desk wanted to charge extra. the staff seemed unwilling to accommodate the situation, and an upgrade was not an option. this rigidity and lack of empathy made for a disappointing start.
