The staff put balloons in the room with a happy birthday banner written in Italian. The rooms were clean. They were a little on the smaller side but completely functional. The hotel was nicely decorated with lots of seating outside the bar in reception.

The air con stopped at 12 midnight. We woke up to open the window at 12 midnight due to the stuffiness. There was a group of loud rowdy persons below. The hotel asked if we could pack in the middle of the night to transfer to the other side of the building where it is less noisy.

The staff showed such warmth and consideration. The rooms offered a peaceful retreat from the day's adventures. The hotel provided luggage storage after checkout. This allowed for continued exploration without encumbrances. The room was clean and quiet during both the day and night.

The tram stop was quite close, I thought. Staff members seemed friendly enough. The metro station was a short walk, you know. Several local shops sold water.

The room I stayed in felt really small. The shower temperature also fluctuated a bit.
