I found the location very convenient. It was a short walk to the main train station (which helped a lot with early departures). the staff were consistently friendly and always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. i appreciated the complimentary bottled water and soft drinks in the room. the breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of options.
They seemed a bit dated compared to the renovated rooms.

The hotel included a well kept breakfast area. It offered a variety of seating options and was kept very clean during service. i noticed a small business center near the lobby. It had two computers and a printer available . there was also a luggage storage service available, free .

The front desk staff was available 24/7. They provided quick check-in and check-out services. i asked for some restaurant recommendations. The concierge gave me several good options with clear directions. (i really appreciated the printed map they provided). housekeeping was prompt and efficient.

The hotel is situated close to the main train station. It made it easy to travel to other cities. a metro station is only a short walk. It provides convenient access to the city center. there were several restaurants and cafes in the immediate area.

my check-in went smoothly , and i was pleased to find complimentary water and soda in the room. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options to choose from. the location was ideal , with the train station just a short walk away.
the bathroom was a bit compact , with limited space around the toilet.

The location is GREAT because I could quickly get from the airport to Milano Centrale and then to the hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet here. It had good variety. The staff is friendly and helpful.
My room was not sound proofed against street noise. The windows were leaky. Outside air seemed to blow in. I found insufficient wardrobe space for two persons.
