the staff were indeed helpful with everything i needed. the room was spacious and very clean. the minibar included complimentary soft drinks and water daily.
i noticed that the bathroom amenities, particularly the soap dispensers, were almost empty. this made it a bit difficult to use the facilities upon arrival and required a call to reception.

the service was acceptable. the reception staff were cute and helpful.
My room lacked a balcony. I found this very disappointing. other rooms include this feature. also, the tv was old, i could not connect my phone. there were not enough sun loungers near the pool.

Acceptable, but a problem with the pool

The hotel looked like the pictures online, and the pool area seemed quite good.
The lifeguard did explain some rules about the loungers but the male bartender shouted at my daughter and me when we tried to move one into the sun. This made the situation very unpleasant.

the room was super clean and cleaned daily , a real plus for me. the minibar was free and restocked daily , providing convenient refreshments. the location was good , with easy access to nearby restaurants.
i noticed the carpets on the stairs looked a bit tired.
