i enjoyed the complimentary wine, it was a nice touch. the staff were quite polite and warm, and i found the room to be clean. the building was quite large and nice, a pleasure to explore!

the music in the bars was loud! it sometimes made conversation difficult

My room had plenty of space and a beautiful view. havlular and yatak örtüleri were tertemizdi, everything was super clean. the room was also nicely designed. I really liked the decor.

The reception team. ulvi and michal were both kind and professional. They were always happy to help. veronika at the armstrong bar provided warm service, so cheerful too.

The location is superb. I could easily reach the old town with tram 18 in just a few stops. public transport links provide easy access to other areas of the city. i found the location very convenient!

i was upgraded to a suite on a high floor. the room was spacious and super clean. a complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely touch.

i found that the wellness and fitness center access involved an extra charge. this was unexpected and not clearly communicated beforehand.

the breakfast buffet had many choices, i found croissants i liked. the staff were friendly and helped me with directions. the piano music at the bar was a nice surprise, i think the pianist played my request. the hotel gave me a bottle of wine in my room, this was a nice touch.

the air condition didn't work great in my room. i had difficulty sleeping because it was too warm. the housekeeping didn't clean the bathtub well, i noticed some hair on the shower wall. the telephone in my room went unanswered when i tried to call reception.

The rooms had air conditioning and breakfast was lovely. It offered great value for money.

The hotel television was old. It had only a few channels that did not work well with static. The remote control did not function properly. I broke a nail trying to turn it off.
