the location is very convenient for early flights i found the breakfast starting at 3:30 a real benefit for business travelers the room was quiet and allowed me to rest well before my departure the staff was also friendly and helpful. the restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the food was good i had a perfect breakfast there as well the wide selection of food and drinks was a plus. the room was clean and modern in a scandinavian design i appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities.
i noticed there were no water bottles in the room the hotel also does not sell water bottles that was an issue since i arrived late the tv in my room did not work properly it was irritating when i wanted to relax. basic amenities were missing like a mini fridge it would be nice to have that in the room.

the breakfast was okay, and it was nice that it started early.
the room was quite small, and i found it very inconvenient. there were hardly any shelves or cupboards for my things, so i struggled to keep my belongings organized. the bathroom design was also poor because the floor always got wet after a shower.

The breakfast had fantastic options, it included a very early start at 3 am. the staff was kind and helpful, they made everything easy. the gym was open all day and night, that was really nice. i also appreciated the soundproofing in the rooms. It kept the noise out.
the room was small, it had few conveniences like a closet or a mini fridge.

Early breakfast is available with a nice choice of healthy food. It starts at 3:00. the pizza from the cafe was great, i especially liked the vegetarian options. there was a pleasant atmosphere around the dining area, it was always neat.

the room included a comfy bed ideal for two people, it was modern. the room was clean and quiet, the sound insulation was high. the bathroom had a good shower head, water drained well.

weak water pressurelack of kettle
the shower really let the room down. the water pressure felt very weak and made it difficult to shower quickly. i also noticed the lack of a kettle or coffee maker in the room. i expect at least that for the price i paid.

The hotel is easily accessible from the airport exit. I followed the signs to Sky Mall, went up one level, and followed the signs to 'Hotel'. I passed the Clarion hotel and continued about 50 meters down the hallway, then exited through a swing door to find the hotel on my left. The breakfast was great. I found a good variety of dairy-free options which was a definite plus.
The TV in my room had limited options. I could only access live TV. There was no streaming available and no room service.

The self-check-in process uses computers in the reception area. Staff are available to assist. The location is convenient. It is outside Skycity and five minutes walk from the security check. This made getting to my early morning flight easier.
