the breakfast selection was excellent with many options available from 4:30 am. the gym had good equipment and i could complete a full workout. joining the radisson blu loyalty program gave me a discount on my dinner.
The sister hotel with a pool required a shuttle bus. I wish it was directly accessible.

The tv seemed stuck in a loop. Every few minutes, it would just shut off. i get the need to save electricity but give a guest a chance to stop it? also, the shower head was broken. water sprayed everywhere except where it should have. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

I found the location excellent. A quick two-minute walk got me to terminal 5 check-in. the room decor was nice with a really comfortable shower. i found the service at the front desk professional!
The bar closed early. It was inconvenient that i couldn't buy anything to take to my room. i had to go back down to the terminal to get something.

the hotel is directly connected to terminal 5. the gym had enough equipment for a decent workout, which i needed after my flight. i also appreciated that breakfast started very early at 4:30am and had many options.
the shower had very weak water pressure and the amenities were quite basic, i expected more from a hotel of this standard.

the breakfast had an excellent selection. i could join the radisson blu loyalty program and receive a discount on dinner that evening. the gym had acceptable facilities for a workout.
The staff's hospitality did not quite match the hotel's reputation. the overall atmosphere felt rather sterile and cold. i also lost one of my earphones in the room. The staff did not seem to make much effort to follow up. a humidifier in the room would have been a welcome addition.
