The room was clean and had ample amenities. the bed was very comfy! the hotel was an easy walk from the airport terminal. there was a lovely christmas treasure hunt setup. It.
I was told after checkout that the tap water was good to drink. I had already paid for bottled water. i felt quite humiliated, to be honest! also, i wasn't informed how to get to the hotel beforehand.

My room had both a bathtub and a shower. It felt very luxurious. The room also included a minibar. I appreciate this convenience. I had a comfortable bed and a clean room. The decor was very nice.

the hotel is unbelievably close to the airport and i could use trolleys to assist with heavy luggage. it really helped me as my flight didn't get in until past midnight. the hotel was very clean and cute inside.
i found the pillows to be old and flat. a luxury hotel should have firm fluffy pillows, not ones that make little difference to a bare mattress.

The location proved very convenient for my late flight arrival as the restaurant offered a great menu for a light supper. I found the team to be very responsive. I found out after paying for bottled water that the tap water was safe to drink. This information could be shared proactively.
